Penis enlargement matters for those who want a bigger penis, either man or woman, it matters to people who oppose it, for they have their own reason and they are fighting for it, and it matters for other people. If penis enlargement does not matter at all, then there wouldn’t be any discussions about it, no fuzz to make from it, if it doesn’t matter, then it doesn’t, but then again, everything matters.
